I Am Living After The Manner Of Happiness

Another week has come and gone here in Laredo. Truly, God has blessed this land and prepared it for this time in the history of the world. The peace that comes from the restored gospel of Jesus Christ is something everyone needs. It is our job as members of His church to share it! I invite you all to pray for an opportunity to share the gospel. Let me know how it goes. My week truly was phenomenal. We found a lot of new people, we had friends come to church, friends are preparing for baptism, and my testimony of the convincing power of the Holy Ghost is only improving. I love this work; it truly changes lives! I had the opportunity to go on 2 exchanges this week: one with my friend Elder Glenn who was in the MTC with me, and another with my DAWG Elder Crowther who went to American Fork. We saw so many miracles; it was absolutely crazy! During my exchange with Elder Crowther, we were on the bikes and talked to absolutely everyone in sight. When God sees us putting forth our best effort,...

Well, I love my life. I love this work, and I know God is with all of us. The Book of Mormon is true, and this is Jesus Christ's church. Also, I'm in Laredo now.

Hello sweet Morgan! How has your week been? How about your Sunday? I hope you are doing great and that your day today has been filled with light and learning. It has been a good week but also a week filled with lots of time that my body hasn’t felt well. I think Heavenly Father must be giving me a glimpse into how you have been feeling. My tummy has just been not well off and on all week. I’m so sorry you have dealt with this so much! Today is great because it is fast Sunday so there’s no food in there to irritate. I’m going to try really hard this week to eat really clean and see if it will help. Other than that, it has been a good week, especially with time in the temple, which I am so thankful for! Wednesday, I met up with Aunt Sheri in Payson to do initiatories in the temple. It was so great to be reminded of those promised blessings. Then Friday, a couple in our ward went through for their endowment and we joined them. It was amazing to experience their joy in preparing for their ...

Shoutout to my mom; she had her birthday this past Saturday! I love you, Mom. I made a post on Facebook for her birthday, and I started it with a song she always used to sing to me and my siblings. She is, for real, the best mom out there. Thank you, Mom, for always showing me the right way to live and act! I love you so much! This week was a grind of massive proportions. We worked really hard and saw quite a few miracles from it! We met a lot of really cool people and had a lot of fun doing it. I wanted to share a couple of the people we met! First up is our guy Melvin! Melvin is so lit; he is a powerlifter and a dancer. So this dude is always busy, like unbelievably busy. But it's been super cool to meet and talk to him. He thinks super deeply about gospel things and has a desire to be baptized! We gave him a faith calendar to help him prepare for his baptism, and he was so hyped. He even said he was gonna bring all his friends! It's gonna be so hype to watch him grow! Second...
