Hey everyone! It has been a couple of weeks since I have written, and for that, I truly do apologize! I have been busy out here doing the work of the Lord! I am still in Mission 4th, and I absolutely love this ward so much. There is no place I would rather be than here. I truly have come to love the people in this area and ward so much! I don't want this to be super long, so I was going to just hit some key points of things I have experienced, as well as share a few things I have learned. I feel as though I have truly come to know my Savior Jesus Christ so much lately. I have been blessed with the opportunity to struggle, learn, and grow so much in this area. I have truly seen the ENABLING power of the Atonement. It gives me strength to do this work. I know it can do the same with you all as well! This gospel is life-changing; in the context of the grand scheme of things, I cannot imagine my life without it. We had a cool experience with our friend Genaro, which testifies to me tha...

Hello sweet boy! Happy Sunday. I hope you are having a wonderful Sabbath day. It has been a busy day for us because we were assigned to serve at the developmental hospital for their church services this morning. Did you ever get to do that? It was awesome! We had to be there at 7:30, and then we were trained and went to get the residents. I was so proud of our youth and their ability to jump right in. The sacrament meeting was great, and the spirit truly testified to my heart. Those people are truly celestial beings that are so close to the spirit—heavenly father loves them so much! Then we came back to our house and did nachos, keeping the tradition. We also went to our own ward, and it was my first time back in young women for a Sunday. It's great to be there serving. I feel bad that I had to tell you the news about Mantha over messenger. I just didn't want you to see a post at some point and be caught off guard. I'm sure that was really hard news to hear. It has been an ...

God is good; this is truly His work. We taught so many lessons this week, and I loved getting to know our friends so much better. I have seen the Lord's hand so much! One thing I was reflecting on this week: we had the opportunity to talk a lot with our friend Blanca! She is preparing for baptism this weekend, and she wants to change so much. It's been amazing to see someone's pure desire to change and become more like their Savior. As we work our hardest to grow and change, God will work mighty miracles in our lives! I hope you are all doing well! Email me; I would love to hear from you all! Tell me about your studies and everything that's going on. Elder Lefler

I truly believe that the Elders Quorum here does not need to ever do a musical number again. We absolutely killed it. It was a choir of angels, let me tell you. Me and my dawg Hermano Perales killed it. He has a great singing voice which helped cover my voice. This week was one for the books. God's hand was with us, and I am beyond grateful for His guidance and support. I loved celebrating Christmas again as a missionary. It was awesome to play some basketball and eat Burger King—no joke, that was the only place that was close and open!! During the week, we saw a lot of miracles and found some cool people. It makes me really excited for our return appointments which are coming this week!! The Lord is preparing this land, and I am happy to be a part of it. I love this work so much. I saw a lot of blessings and miracles this week from following the promptings of the spirit. There were times when we would be absolutely stumped on why we were in a certain area. We would pray and go whe...
