I'll Never Forget
The title comes from a great youth album song, go give it a listen.
YOOOOOO sorry fam that it's been a couple weeks since you heard from me! Last week I got super busy and just didn't write one... but here I am today! I hope you are all doing well, that you are happy, full of food, and excited to tackle the world! My past two weeks have been insane but amazing!
Last week I got to do an exchange with Elder Warner down in McAllen! It was super fun and we grinded! Talked to a lot of people who will accept to hear the gospel later on, I hope! But for real, it was really fun and I learned a lot about different attributes of Christ that day. Elder Warner is the goat; he is an amazing example to me of Christlike love towards everyone he meets.
Our friends Santos and Erica got married last week so he could be baptized on the 2nd! Well, the 2nd rolled around and he was able to get baptized and confirmed! He is so cool, I can't explain it! Over his time learning we've gotten pretty close! It's amazing to see the difference in how he carries himself! When I met him a super long time ago when I was in Edinburg, he was a different guy. Now he's preparing to receive the priesthood and go to the temple! The gospel changes lives!
Our other friend Richard also got baptized this weekend. He's super cool; we met him pretty recently and he has just soaked everything in. It's been amazing to see his desire to change and be better. Man will go places. We had a super cool lesson outside the temple last week! We talked about God and how much He loves us. Our friend Kevin Ochoa came with us. Richard liked it so much that he had Kevin baptize him.
Needless to say, God has blessed us yet again. There is no place I would rather be than here!
I got to go to lunch last P-day with Hna Moreno and Elder Sherwood! It was super nice to see her again! She's the goat.
Elder Sherwood and I got to do an exchange this week. It was super fun and we saw a lot of miracles. We met our dawg Jonathan who had lots of questions about the Plan of Salvation. It was super cool to see someone with genuine questions. We are going by today, wish us luck!
Romans 8:28
"And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to His purpose."

Keep being the people that God needs you to be. He is rooting for you, so am I! I love you all. Jesus Christ lives, and because He lives we can overcome all things.
