Pues Anotha One

This week was something else to say the least! We started out the week pretty much the same, just working in our area trying to be awesome haha! Then on Tuesday night we had transfer calls....Zapata got hit big time. Elder Allred, Elder Preece, Elder Smith and Sister Birch all got transferred. So your homie (me) is the only Elder still left in the 4 man...CRAZY! It was crazy but Zapata is gonna pop off this transfer I can feel it. The new guys are pretty lit and I'm excited to see what they bring to the table.



These first few days, blessings and miracles were poured down upon zapata!! It was awesome!! I just wanted to share a couple with you guys!!



Some goofy stuff here, people here have no filter. They say whatever they want whenever they want to! Ya we got hit on at subway, you already know we invited them to church. Sadly, they didn't come.



This Sunday we had stake conference, which was so lit!! But I had the opportunity to translate the whole thing for our friend Hugo, that was crazy ahah!! But the main focus of the conference was to have faith, go to the temple and grow closer to our savior!! One thing the stake president said was that as we make covenants, we bind ourselves to our savior. Idk about you guys but I want and need his help every single day!! Take the time to make it to the temple, you will be blessed I promise you! 



Another awesome experience was we had some awesome lessons with our friend Miguel!

He is so open to the Book of Mormon, so we gave him one and left him with some FUEGO chapters! We went over yesterday and he accepted a baptismal date. AMEN FOR MIGUEL! He's so cool and he needs this change and light in his life! 



This week I saw a lot of joy in the little things. It hit me very hard that as members of the church everyone should act as representatives of Jesus Christ. He is our greatest example, and as we grow to become more like him and exemplify him, others will see that and want to  change to have that in their lives! Do the little things to help you become more like him!! As always don't forget to pray, my testimony of prayer has grown so much! He wants to hear from you!!

It's that time again everybody, Monday email day. We had a crazy week up here in Zapata, the bikes are ELECT!! We grinded, I go fast on the bikes so I'm not sure if my comp is happy about that haha! But we've gotta be urgent with the work, this is God's work sooo This week we found so many cool people!! They are so awesome and I can't wait to see how they progress! We only had a couple come to church but we had some inactive members pull up so that was so awesome!! We have been trying to focus on sharing the restoration and church with our friends and we have seen blessings come from it! The people here know that something is missing from their church, and then we come along and boom. Questions are answered. This week we had interviews with president, which was super lit! Sorrrrrry I don't have a ton of stuff to say this week!! I'm staying in Edinburg for another transfer!! God has people here for me! I'm too hyped, Elder Cooper is heading home. He's finished his mission and he's a beast. I'll forever be grateful for him!!  Jesus Christ Lives. He loves us, this is his plan and nothing can mess it up. He truly did restore his church to the earth through Joseph Smith. Apparently I Was Fat?

YOOOOOOOO, what is popping everybody? I love y'all so much, and I am so grateful for everything y'all do. Truly, I've got the best family and friends out there. I love you guys so much! Can you believe it is Christmas time? Like not that many days until the big day is here. My P-day today is short because we have Christmas Conference this week. But it's always a joy to write an email and express some feelings I have come to acquire while being a missionary. Our friend Abel is back on date!! I had the impression to call him a couple of days ago and invite him to be baptized on the 30th. He said he wants to, and we are excited to work with him!!! I have grown to truly love this guy, and I am so excited for him to receive these blessings! My dawg Elder Nielsen is in the ward now. He was my MTC comp, and I'm hyped to be around him again.
